Any company can seem good when selling you something.
The difference between good and bad.
Good companies always help if things go wrong.
Bad companies don't.
Its the after sales service that makes the difference
With Park Holidays UK, at head office level and Harts Holiday Park in Leydown,
after sales service just does not exist, and it does seem like this is company
policy as head office have not even bothered to reply.
Ask yourself would you really want to own a holiday caravan home knowing it could
be ruined while you are away and both the site and head office
totally ignore this.
And then the logic of a mad house being applied by being told
because your caravan was badly damaged you (not who created the damage) should
move your caravan to another pitch (at a cost of somewhere around a £1000).
